Shipping policy

Orders directly fulfilled by SJ Illustration, LLC are processed within 3-5 business days from when the order is received. In the event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, any affected customers will be notified in writing via email.

Inquiries or questions about orders will be responded to within 2 business days.

Business days are Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm PST/PDT. Our office and operations will be closed in observance of major US holidays, including but not limited to: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Any changes to business hours or days of operation will be shown as an announcement at the top of our website, and emailed to subscribers.
