What sort of materials are used in your illustrations?

I've put together a comprehensive list of frequently used materials (plus links!) on my Tools of the Trade page. The description section for original artwork listings will also include the primary materials and products used for that piece.

 

Do you take custom illustration orders or requests?

Custom Orders: We do not currently offer custom illustrations as a regular service. However, if scheduling allows we may be able to accommodate one-off custom pieces. Because this is not a standard product, pricing and availability may vary for each project. If this is something you'd like to inquire about, please reach out to us through this contact form. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are all processed within 1-3 business days after they are received. Shipping time depends on the option you select during the checkout process; an estimate should be provided after making a selection. All fulfilled orders are provided with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the status of your package. We can certainly assist with looking up your order and tracking information, but once the package is with the carrier then we no longer have any oversight of the delivery.

 

I saw an illustration you made on your TikTok or Instagram, but don't see it available for sale in your shop. Do you take requests?

All prints are currently bulk ordered and stocked. Even though we typically do not take one-off requests, please still reach out to us to ask! If we have a request for a particular print, we can add it to our next stock order, though this may increase the fulfillment and shipping time.
